How do I get started?
Once you subscribe you will receive an email on next steps to get set up in the app. Once you are in the app you will be able to pick from any of the programs to get started.
What all is included in the members only clubhouse?
The members only clubhouse will be where all major announcements, golf fitness content, and engagement with other Golf Gainers will take place. I also encourage some friendly banter to keep it fun just don’t go overboard!
What type of gym should I join to follow the full equipment workouts?
I recommend finding a gym that not only has full service equipment but also has a small functional area that allows you to move around a bit. Feel free to contact me and I will help find a suitable gym for you in your area
What equipment should I have at home to follow the minimal equipment workouts?
All the at home workouts could be done with no equipment but if you are looking to get more out of the program I recommend getting some of the basic at-home equipment linked here.
