It is my firm belief that your training should never stop and you should always continue to improve so even after your initial 8 weeks I will continually post new workouts each week. After your initial 8 weeks in the program, your subscription will simply continue until you decide to cancel.
Once you subscribe you will receive an email on next steps to get set up. You will be invited to our exclusive Members Only Clubhouse App. Which is where all the workouts for each day will be posted as well as other useful content.
Each day will have 2 different workouts: A Full Equipment Workout and a No Equipment Workout. All workouts will be guided to be done in 45 minutes or less. Each session will start with a 5-10 minute general warm-up and mobility. The main workout portion will last around 30 minutes with a mix of golf specific work as well as traditional strength and conditioning methodologies to turn you into a savage on and off the course!
All movements are able to be modified based on the individual's abilities and access to equipment. I will provide assistance on go to modifications. For instance if you are unable to perform a barbell front squat (no access to a barbell or struggle with front rack position) you could substitute DB or KB’s to perform a DB or KB front rack or goblet squat. In addition you can always choose to do parts of the No Equipment Workout for that day.
The members only clubhouse will be where all major announcements, golf fitness content, and engagement with other Golf Gainers will take place. All workouts for the week will be posted by me and I encourage everyone to post their workout scores and questions. I also encourage some friendly banter to keep it fun just don’t go overboard!
I recommend finding a gym that not only has full service equipment but also has a small functional area that allows you to move around a bit. Feel free to contact me and I will help find a suitable gym for you in your area.
